Amrita Rao Fantastic Journey from Modeling to Bollywood

It all began with a dream in those starry eyes. Amrita Rao did always wish to become a Bollywood actress, although no one from her family ever tried in acting before. Upon her successful stint in TVC (Television Commercials) with some of the popular brands, the ever beautiful Amrita entered into the world of Bollywood with her debut film “Ab Ke Baras.” She then followed it up with the national award winning film Legend of Bhagat Singh way back in the year 2003.

Thereafter, she did quite well in Ishq Vishk, Masti and blockbuster movie Main Hoon Naa in a short span of time – portraying several important roles on big screen. The turning point of her life came in the year 2007 and 2008 when her acting received worldwide attention in Vivaah, Welcome to Sajjanpur and Athidi (Telugu blockbuster film).
